About
Dr. Rosa Federica Nesci
A physiotherapist in Vibo Valentia, I guide women and men through tailored rehabilitation programmes: pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual lymphatic drainage, postural re-education with the Mézières Method, therapeutic Pilates, instrumental therapy and rectus diastasis. I listen to each patient with care and empathy, and shape the programme around their history and goals.

2012
I graduated in Physiotherapy in 2012 from the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro. From my earliest years I focused on manual lymphatic drainage, which I use to treat oedema and in post-surgical recovery.
2016
In 2016 I earned 18 ECM (continuing medical education) credits with the course “Therapeutic exercise with the Pilates method in conservative rehabilitation of the spine” (provider Studiogest).
2018
In 2018 I trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation and earned certification in Vertebral Manual Therapy (C.T.M.V.); that same year I registered with the Interprovincial Board of the physiotherapy health profession of Catanzaro, Crotone and Vibo Valentia (Physiotherapist Register no. 168, since 10 December 2018).
Register no. 1682022
In 2022 I earned the complete training diploma in the Mézières Method.
